By
entering your personal information on the online registration form, you consent
to the processing of your Personal Data solely for the purposes of our business
transactions.

Recipients are the minimum necessary Orthodynamic SA staff who are committed to
confidentiality and our affiliated companies that process your Data as
Processors on our behalf and in accordance with our mandates and a binding data
management agreement which we have signed. We pass on the minimum legal
requirements and the requirements of the transaction (bank transaction,
pricing, sending) data.

Data Processors have agreed and contractually agreed with the Company:

a record of your Personal Data associated with transactions is set at 10 years,
which is a requirement of tax law. During this time you have the right to be
informed, to the portability of your personal data, and to update your contact
information with your written request. The right to be forgotten is subject to
the limitations of the relevant legislation. We may share or disclose your Data
when you have explicitly requested it or when required by law, such as a
request from tax, judicial or other competent governmental authorities.
